4. How do I use your herbal teas?
Each tea blend comes with brewing instructions, but generally, steep 1-2 teaspoons of herbs in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your taste and intention!

5. How do I use Tranquil Teeth: Clove Serenity oil?
Apply directly to the gums using a cotton ball, or swish a small amount in your mouth for 15 minutes before spitting. It’s a natural way to support oral health and relieve discomfort.

6. Are your products safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?
While many of our products are gentle, some herbs may not be suitable for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult a healthcare professional before use.
