Yoni Steaming:
A Sacred Self-Care Ritual
When I first started talking to my girlfriends about yoni steaming, their reaction was often the same:
"I heard that’s not good for you."
But when I’d ask why, the answer was usually:
"I’m not sure… I just heard it is."
It’s interesting how many of us have been told to fear something without really knowing why. The truth is, yoni steaming is an ancient practice used by people with vaginas all over the world for centuries. Just like a sauna helps detox the body, a yoni steam can support your womb space—both physically and spiritually.
The Benefits of Yoni Steaming
Yoni steaming is a gentle practice that involves sitting over warm herbal-infused steam. The steam carries the benefits of the herbs to your most sacred space, helping to:
🌿 Balance pH levels and support vaginal health
🌿 Ease menstrual cramps and PMS symptoms, promoting a more natural flow
🌿 Soothe irritated skin from shaving, waxing, or intimacy
🌿 Relax and calm the body while reducing stress
🌿 Deepen your connection to yourself and your feminine energy
More than just a physical practice, yoni steaming is an act of self-care. Taking time to honor your body in this way allows you to slow down, be present, and reconnect with your womb’s wisdom.
Why Some Are Hesitant
Unfortunately, modern misconceptions have made some people hesitant to try yoni steaming. But when we really think about it, what is it? Sitting over warm, herbal-infused steam. That’s it. It’s natural, non-invasive, and rooted in traditions that helped our ancestors thrive.
The key is using trusted, high-quality ingredients—which is exactly what I offer at Healing With Divinity. Every yoni steam I create is made with organic, carefully chosen herbs to support your body naturally.
The Power of Herbs
Each herb in my yoni steams is selected with intention:
💛 Calendula – Soothes irritated skin from razor bumps or rough sex
🌹 Rose – A natural astringent that tightens pores and helps prevent ingrown hairs
💜 Lavender – Antibacterial, calming, and energetically soothing
🌿 Motherwort – Known as “Mother’s Herb,” it nurtures, eases cramps, and promotes a balanced cycle
A Safe Place to Start
If you’re new to yoni steaming and feeling unsure, that’s okay. Healing With Divinity is a safe place to begin. My steams are made with all-natural, organic ingredients—nothing artificial, nothing harmful, just pure plant medicine.
I also believe that self-care should be accessible, which is why my yoni steams are affordable. This practice is for all women, from all backgrounds, because it belongs to us. It’s part of our history, our connection to nature, and our divine feminine energy.
So if you’ve been curious about yoni steaming, consider this your sign to try. Your body deserves this love. 💛

Energetic Protection Meditation
For times when you’re around unknown energies—like a club, party, or big event—you might feel drained or spiritually unsafe. I started doing this meditation whenever I’d wake up feeling nervous or scared in the middle of the night, and it instantly made me feel safe. I also practice it before I teach, so I can channel Source energy more easily. Now, I try to include it in my morning and evening meditation practice.
How to Begin:
Find a comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted. You can sit anywhere—on a chair, couch, or even lay down—but if you can find a clean space on the floor, I highly recommend it. Sitting directly on the ground helps with grounding.
Close your eyes and take a few deep, slow breaths. Feel yourself becoming centered and grounded.
Envision a warm white light forming at the center of your chest. This is Source energy—pure, protective, and always within you.
Let the light expand. See it slowly growing, filling your entire body, moving outward like a gentle glow.
Picture this light surrounding you completely, wrapping around you like your favorite blanket. This energy is protecting you, shielding you, and keeping you safe.
Take three more deep breaths. Feel the security, the warmth, the knowing that you are held by Source, your angels, guardians, and ancestors.
Open your eyes slowly, bringing awareness back to your body.
Know that your aura is protected. You are supported, guided, and safe. Now, go about your day in peace. ✨
About Me: My Journey with Healing and Divinity
3/10/2025
Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here!
Healing With Divinity came to life during my third spiritual awakening, when I made the decision to stop working and trust that money would just come to me. Over time, I realized that it wasn’t just about waiting for money to appear—it was about taking action to turn my dreams into reality.
But something changed along the way. I stopped focusing on the money and instead found my true calling in helping others realize the divinity within themselves. Yes, herbs are powerful healers, but they’re only part of the equation. The real magic happens when we add our own power to the process, trusting in the natural healing that comes from within.
My journey with herbs started when I was feeling lost in life. I prayed to my angels for guidance, asking for direction. One morning, I woke up, and herbs found me. It felt familiar and ancient, like my ancestors were ready for me to take this journey in this life—and I answered the call.
I’m proud to say I pursued my passion for plants and healing by attending herbalism school, where I completed the Herbal Medicine Foundations programs at @farmacyherbs in Rhode Island. Under the guidance of the magnificent Mary Blue, I gained both the knowledge and confidence to go out and help others—first through my own healing practice and later by teaching as well.
Now, I have the honor of working with a nonprofit called LA Healing In The Park, where I teach Yin yoga and lead monthly herbal workshops. But my love for healing extends beyond herbs. I’m also passionate about sound healing, playing the handpan, using sound bowls and tuning forks, and practicing reiki and meditation. I even love to express myself through fan dancing and ecstatic dance. On top of all that, I’ve always been drawn to photography, makeup, and fashion. I don’t believe in putting myself in a box—I'm a multidimensional being, and I believe I deserve to love and explore everything that excites me.
I’m here on this earth to help raise the vibration of the planet, to help others—myself included—realize that we all carry God/Source energy within us. We are love, and we have the power to heal ourselves and transform our lives.
Thank you for being a part of my journey!
